This is the FINAL round of the Queen's Cup Tournament put on by World 1 Pro Wrestling.

Cheerleader Melissa stands alone at the end of the tournament, the only woman left undefeated and uninjured. Melissa was nearly awarded the championship by default when Allison Danger comes out from the locker room in tears. She is wracked by back pain due to an injury brought on by Cindy Rogers, yet she demands that she have a fair shot against Melissa in order to win the Queen's Cup Tournament. Will Allison's injury be too much? Or will she overcome her terrible back pain and be able to reach what she has worked so hard for?
