In what is now being called the biggest match to take place in the famous APW Garage, fans were given a very special treat. Everybody was looking forward to see JJ Perez square off against current NWA TNA superstar "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels. However, when Daniels refused to wrestle Perez, APW Commissioner Gabe Ramirez made the surprise announcement of a new opponent for JJ to face. To EVERYBODY'S surprise AJ Styles, NWA TNA's X-Division Champion, stepped through the door to the biggest crowd ovation anyone had ever received.

Styles had heard a lot of praise about Perez and was ready to give him a match to see if all the hype was well deserved or if was just hype. What followed was one of the greatest matches to ever to be witnessed in the famous APW Garage. This Five Star match will be talked about by wrestling fans for years to come.
