IWA Mid South presents some wild tag-team action from their 8th anniversary show. The team of “The New Age Punisher” B-Boy and “Notorious 187” Homicide find themselves in a bitter battle over the tag-team championships with the Wild Cards, “King of Violence” Eddie Kingston and Black Jack Marciano.
Crowd favorites, B-Boy and Homicide soaked up the cheers as the Wild Cards were very hesitant to even get in the ring and start the match. Kingston eventually got in the ring and he and B-Boy started things off. After a snap mare takedown on B-Boy, Kingston hit B-Boy with the dreaded Indy kick and celebrated to the crowd. Not a very smart move as B-Boy returned the snap mare and followed with a series to Kingston’s back followed by B-Boy jumping up and down on him as if he were a trampoline. Marciano ran in hoping to stop B-Boy but was met with a hip toss into a senton landing him squarely on top of his own partner further hurting him.
Homicide then got in and it was his turn to have some fun of his own with Marciano. After a series of arm drags, Homicide was able to get Marciano into a submission hold, stretching both arms behind his head and driving Marciano’s head and neck forward with his leg. He then let go of the head briefly to deliver a few devastating knees straight to the head of Marciano.
This was an exciting high impact tag match that saw both teams take over on offence a few times. B-Boy and Homicide compliment each other so well and even the Wild Cards utilized their resources to keep the match in their favor at times. Would IWA Mid South’s 8th anniversary see the crowning of new tag team champions?
